Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Outdoor Photo Experience
Liability Release:
By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge and agree that you participate at your own risk. You agree to release and hold harmless the workshop organizers, instructors, and any other affiliated entities from any and all claims or liability arising from or in any way related to your participation in the workshop.
Arbitration:
Any dispute arising out of or related to the workshop or these terms and conditions shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in California. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.
Use of Images and Videos:
The workshop organizers reserve the right to take photographs or videos of participants during the workshop for use in marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, brochures, and social media. By participating in the workshop, you agree to allow the use of your likeness in these materials.
Travel and Trip Insurance:
The workshop organizers recommend that participants obtain travel and trip insurance to cover any potential losses related to travel, including but not limited to cancellations, trip interruption, medical expenses, and lost or damaged luggage. This is a great place to look for trip insurance.
Cancellations and Changes:
The workshop organizers reserve the right to cancel or change a workshop for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or change, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to a different workshop.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable. They may, however, be transferred to a future experience or workshop when a spot is available less a $150.00 cancellation/change fee if canceled 60 days or more prior to the experience start date. If canceled less than 60 days before the experience start date, the deposit is not refundable and cannot be transferred unless we fill your spot in which case your deposit will be transferrable.
If you do need to cancel we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can alert people on the waiting list. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel or trip insurance to make sure you're covered should you have to cancel for any unforeseen circumstances that might arise.
In the rare event that we need to cancel this workshop because of a lack of enrollment or an unforeseen event, you will receive a complete refund or credit toward a future workshop. We recommend that you avoid purchasing non-refundable airline tickets, and consider getting trip cancellation insurance.
By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
